As Highland Park Community Foundation continues to grow and expand its impact, we are excited to share an important opportunity to join the team.
Today, we are launching a search for a Director of Development & Communications, a newly established position that reflects the Foundation’s continued investment in the future and our commitment to strengthening philanthropy, community engagement, and organizational capacity.
As previously shared, our current Executive Director Terri Olian will retire in July 2027. The search for the Foundation’s next Executive Director will launch in Fall 2026 as part of the Board’s comprehensive succession plan. Hiring the Director of Development & Communications first is an intentional step that supports organizational continuity and positions the Foundation for a successful transition.
