Meet Deana Kaplan – Director of Development and Communications

We are thrilled to welcome Deana Kaplan as Highland Park Community Foundation’s new Director of Development & Communications!
Deana is a seasoned development professional who brings a strong track record of fundraising, relationship building, communications, and community engagement. Throughout the interview process, she truly impressed our selection committee with her expertise, energy, strategic thinking, and passion for the Foundation’s mission. It quickly became clear that she has both the skills and the enthusiasm to make a meaningful contribution to our work in the community.
As you know, the creation of this position is an important investment in the Foundation’s future. The Director of Development & Communications will lead efforts to expand fundraising and donor engagement, elevate HPCF’s communications and visibility, and strengthen the Foundation’s capacity to support our continued growth.
