Leadership Transition

We are sharing news about a leadership transition at Highland Park Community Foundation.
After many years of dedicated service, our Executive Director, Terri Olian, has shared her plans to retire on July 31, 2027. Although her retirement is more than a year away, we are sharing this news now because the Board has already begun a thoughtful succession planning process to ensure a seamless transition and continued organizational strength.
Terri’s leadership has helped transform HPCF from an emerging community foundation into a trusted philanthropic partner dedicated to improving the quality of life throughout our community. Through her vision, commitment, and deep relationships, she has helped strengthen our impact, expand our reach, and position the Foundation for continued success. We are profoundly grateful for her extraordinary service and the lasting legacy of her leadership on the Foundation and our community.
