HPCF Launches Search for Next Executive Director

At a pivotal moment in Highland Park Community Foundation’s history, we are excited to announce the launch of the search for our next Executive Director.
As previously shared, our current Executive Director, Terri Olian, will retire in July 2027. This transition presents an exciting opportunity for HPCF to build on its strong foundation and continue advancing its vision, strategic priorities, and meaningful impact throughout Highland Park and Highwood.
The Foundation is seeking a strategic, community-minded leader to guide HPCF through this important period of leadership transition and growth. Working closely with the Board and the Director of Development and Communications, the Executive Director will advance the Foundation’s vision and strategic priorities, serve as HPCF’s public face, cultivate strong relationships throughout Highland Park and Highwood, and strengthen the Foundation’s long-term impact, visibility, and community connections.
