Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HODC) is dedicated to creating quality affordable housing options for low- and moderate-income families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and local workers. As part of its property management department, HODC offers supportive services for tenants who are seniors or living with a disability in which service coordinators connect them with community resources that support independent living, empowering them to stay stably housed. HODC is now partnering with HPCF grantee Collaborative Community Housing Initiative (CCHI) to provide specialized property management and services for the residents in CCHI’s inclusive housing building in Highland Park.
